Shipping And Delivery

Our goal at HempKart is to provide our customers with the best CBD and Hemp products available in India, delivered directly to your door in the fastest way possible, all while providing the best discounts on the market directly. All orders are shipped directly from Our Hempkart brand's warehouse to keep their authenticity.

Our usual delivery time for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata Chennai, Hyderbad is approx. 2 – 3 days after the order is dispatched. We do our best to dispatched your orders within 24-36 hours. For tier 2 cities, it can take around 2-3 extra days depending on how remote the area is.

We do offer free shipping for orders at or above ₹1,000 and Cash On Delivery on all the vertical of Hemp and CBD Products.

Certain CBD and CBD Oil products on our portal come under E-1 Schedule drugs and require a doctor's prescription in order to confirm and ship out. We offer free consultation to all our customers. You can expect a call from our doctor the same day or the very next day once you have placed your order. After consultation with you, our registered Ayurvedic Practitioner will prepare your prescription and forward it to you as well as the brand while following all the necessary legalities.

Tracking information becomes available as soon as we process your order here at HempKart and it will be sent via a Whatsapp message. However, once our logistic partner takes custody of the package, shipment status updates are out of our control and are managed by our regular partner, Shiprocket.

We expect the orders to be delivered to the customers within 5-7 days of shipping.
